I want to request u to raise frequency from station to kaladarshan via ayurvedic tran rasta,ram vatika,poonam complex. 

and also raise the frequency from station to parivar char rasta as all buses going totally full, so sometimes its going to be very troublsome.

after that ur service is very helpful to us like studentsand also to all working people.

I congretulate to VITCOS for your progress and your success in Vadodara and Gandhinagar after your initial starts from Bhavnagar. I believe that Bhavnagar is Lucky city and Lucky name for VITCOS.

It is now your Prime & Moral Duty to serve batter to Bhavnagar which is your start and I hope you will never forget to serve batter to your Birth Place.

Your sessions with Government is going on for Inter-city and I wish you get succeed in this also.

To improve your services in Bhavnagar, I suggest :-

1. Route Time-Table at every Bus Stops and you must see that Bus must be in time at every bus-stop

2. Diciplinned staff in Bus (If possible try Ladies Staff which will give batter service as in Morvi, Buses are operated by Lady Bus Driver)

3. Find out Advertisements at every Bus-Stop for additional Earnings to VITCOS.

4. Find out Advertisements in Buses too for additional Earnings.

I hope you will never forget Bhavnagar which is your Start and always serve Batter to this city.

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR U TO INCREASE MORNING FREQUENCY OF BUS ROUTE TO G.I.D.C LAST BUS STOP NEW V.V.NAGAR AT 6.05 AM SO THAT MEMU/PASSANGER TO AHMEDABAD CAN BE CAUGHT IN TIME

SIMILARLY FIRST BUS FROM STN SHOULD START AFTER THE KARNAVATI TRAIN REACHES ANAND IT WILL BE CONVIENIENT FOR THE PASSENGERS BUT AFTER THE TRAIN REACHES THE BUS SHOULD WAIT  FOR 10 MIN FOR TRANSACTION FROM PLATFORM TO BUS STATION

Vtcos has completed 1 full year yet there are no sign board of timetable at various bus stops so passengers cant know time , no and routes of buses stopping there.please put boards at all bus stops with these much info.

As I stay in Gotri (Narayan Garden), but your Bus comes till Vuda Complex (hardly 1 KM from Narayan Garden) from Station and second Bus comes till Laxmipura from Station. There is hardly 1 KM difference between Vuda Complex and Laxmipura.

So we request you to kindly arrange for the Bus services from Station to Station via Vuda Complex, Narayan Garden, Vishranti Heritage and Laxmipura (being the last stop).

I am regular pessanger, from vidhyanagar ( Bhaikaaka) to Vadtal. in early morning, I have a good experience just like... regular  bus service... good Staff...respective... as well as also driver he take every pessanger Mr. Vinubhai is a most regular driver he is a sincer and honest. so each and every type  bus service is good.

I stay at Tarsali, Vadodara. There is no doubt that it has given lot benefit to people of baroda after vtcos bus service. HOWEVER PASSENGER SERVICE IS NOT UPTO MARK. There is lack of safety in the bus. The safety guards at entry and exit of the bus are not sufficient. All seats near by door should have safety guards. Driver drives buses like auto rickshaw. They drives it so roughly. The buses are light weight and so it is necessary that it should not speed up more than 30~35 kmph. Even on empty roads as it becomes difficult for elder passengers to sit. Even drivers takes very sharp turns. The driver doesn't follow the time schedule. I generally try to take bus of 9.45PM from Tarsali. However drivers runs it as soon as it arrives at the bus stop. Means if it arrives at 9.35PM, he leaves at the same time. VTCOS should strictly follow time table. The drivers & conductors should given some training on how to interact with passengers. Also there should be dress code for all. The bus service should start early in the morning around 5.30~6AM from all major destinations. So that people uses early trains & ST Buses can take advantage of it. Also in night there should be buses atleast upto 11.30PM. Few conductors takes less bus fare and doesn't give ticket. There should be strict checking of tickets. Bus should stop exatly near the bus stop. There should be bus time table at all major bus stand in the city. I think VTCOS needs to me more professional in passenger service rather than just running buses around the city. Hoping to see more improvement. Mehul Makwana

   no doubt that vitcos is the lifeline for people living in periphral part of city

  in bhavnagar there are only 4 buses alotted to chitra valukad route so one has to wait for at least 30 minutes if one miss a bus.

in your website you have written that on this route bus comes on every 20 minutes which is not true

another problem is that last bus is on 8:10 p.m. so many regular passengers like me who finish their job around 8:30 can't  reach in time & havw to pay extra money to rickshaws.

so it is request to add two more buses & if possible adding the last bus at 8:30 or 8:45 p.m.
