The bus fare from Station to Jalaramnagar (New bus stop near Rajnagar) is Rs.5/- which is about 4.5 km from Station whereas the fare from Station to Ajwa Road is Rs.6/- which is about 10 kms. So please continue the old fare of Rs.4 upto Rajnagar/Lakukesh Nagar and get more passengers.

I found many times that the 5.50 Jalaramnagar bus not come to the bus stop and directly come to Jalaramnagar. I missed the bus many times even when I reach station in time. So please instruct staff to start the bus from proper bus stand.

I suggest some prepaid card for regular passengers so that the problem of keeping coins can be eliminated.

Why don't you issue some uniform or badge to your staff ?

in the interior roads there is no sign of bus stops. if frequency and times of the buses could be posted somewhere we would know how long we have to wait for the bus to come. the routes should be also given at the bus stops

all counducter give no well practice for distrubution of ticketes.

most of passenger are travel without tickite so check the passenger in all route of bus.
