Hi, 

 I am a daily user of the bus service of the route which starts from Vadodara Railway Station to Maneja. The area (Maneja) has 4 major Industries like Simmens, Alstorm, FAG, ABB and lots of people have to use this route. 

But the bus service for this route which starts at 6:20 has been stopped from last one and a half months. Since this being an industrial area, the office goes are suffering. The next bus that we get is at 6:45 but we get late to our offices due to heavy rush. Moreover...what benifit does the bus which leaves at 6:45 do to us who have to clock in by  7:00 AM ? Even if you get the bus to leave at 6:30 instead of 6:45, that would help us reach office on time.

We, all humbly request you to look into this matter and be what you guys advertise  --- for the use of public transport.

Moreover, your customer service sucks!!

If people on the other end donot speak to public properly, the reputation of your company is going to suffer. People who sit in the Inquiry are the worst i have ever come across who call themselves as public servant ...specially the marathi old fellow (DADA) and a Muslin guy...

Hello, Request you to increase the frequency of route no 22 especially during the office hours in the morning and evening. I feel during the rush hours time gap of 40-45 min between two buses is too much and should not be more than 15 min. I daily convey from my home to office and back by vtcos city bus.I enjoy to sit in such attractive red coloured and luxurious type vtcos city bus.It's interior designing is quiet better than any other city buses running under other transport authorities.Also designing of seats are cost-effective and comfortable in the buses .Periodically repairs/maintenence of buses are undertaken.Damaged spare parts are also changed at instance. Drivers and ticket-collector are also friendly to passengers.Drivers are also very punctual to reach their destinated areas.Both conductors and even drivers, insists few rediculous fellows who forget to take tickets. Bus fares are also resonable .Music system in the bus refresh my mind for a moment.I expect that Vtcos buses should maintain this remarkable features in future also. From Mohanish Shah.
