): DIGITAL BOARD - VTCOS
Dear Sir,Vtcos should install big digital board in the central bus stops displaying the routes and timings of the bus along with animated advertisements screen (which should be placed below the route schedules) of those advertisers who like to advertise their products through Vtcos buses. With that, there is greater flexibility in changing bus timings in case of any change and indirect income can also be generated through advertisments. Thanking you, Regards,Mohanish Shah

): SUGGESTION-VADODARA
Dear Sir, It is well appreciated that Vtcos has become one of the major transportation lifeline of many famous towns/cities including Vadodara. Vtcos has completed 3 years in May 2011 in Vadodara. So, Vtcosshouldinnovate itself with some value added service and introduce some revenue generating products (RGP). Following is the RGP which the Vtcos should implement to generate it’s additional revenue : 1. Recently, BEST Bus service has installed cheque drop box system of Vodafone in their city buses and thus generating non-operating revenue towards fixed rental charges and cheque collection charges. Observing such circumstances, Vtcos should alsointroduced such system in Vtcos for which few amendments are required in the Memorandum and Article of Association of the Company along with BOD resolution. Looking towards social environment of Vadodara City , it is not advisable to install drop boxes in buses.Alternatively, only one box can be placed in the main branch office ofVtcos. Moreover, there are many commuters who are using Vodafone service for their mobiles may get their cheques dropped in the box, as they are daily visiting the Central Bus stop. This will generateimmense indirect income for Vtcos and Vodafone may eager for this, to reduce their cost also in setting up separate service centre.Vtcos may propose this service to other mobile companies. To make publicity of the same, card boards representing this service should be placed on the control point.

): SUGGESTION-VADODARA
Dear Sir,It is well appreciated that Vtcos has recently hiked the bus fare. It is definitely required for Vtcos to do the same so as to cope up with it's rising expenditures. Moroever,in Vadodara, for most of the bus stops, bus fare has been risen to Rs.7/-. But it has become speed braker for the bus conductors issuing bus tickets to more than one consecutive passengers travelling upto bus stops with fare of Rs.7/- . They issue tickets, in denominations of Rs.4+Rs.3, Rs.5+Rs.2, Rs.3+Rs.2+Rs.2 .This consumes lot of time for the conductor to issue tickets to more than one consecutive passengers travelling to aforesaid bus stops. It has also been observed that there were 3 passengers want to go "SRP Gate 9"(Bus fare be Rs.7)who were standing at front door side . The bus started from station and carried out it's journey. Bus conductor started issuing tickets from front. The tickets were issued in denominations of Rs.5 +Rs.2 @ 3 nos. of passengers. Moreover, there were many middle passengers as same .This has consumed lot of time for issuing of tickets. This has benefitted to those passengers(2 young boys) who were standing at back door side. They have to travel shorter distance of 3 kms. and as soon as their stopage came, they landed from the bus without taking tickets and paying bus fare and the conductor in the middle of the bus was remained unaware about the same. This way Vtcos has loosed revenue of Rs.10/-(Rs.5*2). There may be many instances taking place like this. Thus, Vtcos may losing less on daily basis but immense revenue at aggregate level.Coming towards this facts, it is suggested that Vtcos should introduced an additional unique bus ticket of Rs.7/- .The suggested colour of the ticket should be creamy ye

): Buses break down very frequently
I have been travelling on VTCOS in Gandhinagar on the Chandkheda - Pathikashram route for more than 3 months. In these 3 months, the bus tyres got punctured 3 times and the bus itself broke down 2 times. Each time I had to walk a considerable distance in the rains to get another bus.
The maintenance of the buses is very poor. They are really a disservice to passengers sometimes.
Sometimes, the drivers do not stop even when there are passengers waiting at the bus stop.
Hope you will improve the quality of services.

): Suggession
I have check your Vadodara ROUTE DETAIL. HOWEVER I WOULD LIKE TO STATE THAT IT IS VERY OLD AND NOT UPDATED. I HOPE YOU WILL UPDATE IT AND PUT THE NEW ROUTE TABLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Because in bus which I have taken service in Vadodara, that perticular route is not there in your internet route table while I was checking for travelling to another route. But I think it will also be wrong as the route I have taken service is not there.
So HOPE TO GET UPDATED ROUTE TABLE SOON.
Thanks.

Hello,
My family in Baroda is regular commuter in Vtcos buses. We are grateful to the service provider who is doing very well and we are also very pleased with the Public service which is far better, safe and convenient than commuting on one’s OWN. We would only like to see better and better of this service. With an intention to give a generous and genuine feedback, which is not just ours but that of the masses, may I take this opportunity and liberty to pen down
By and large, our country is still facing an acute problem of NOISE POLUTION. To add to this woe, the tape recorder played in the bus is too loud to bear and it simply mars the beauty and comfort of traveling.
