hello,

I am from vadodara and living in manjalpur. my job is on old padra road. everyday to reach my home i have to go station and than by vitcos manjalpur. which is too long route and with me many other people also do the same thing everyday.

i would like to suggest one route from station to race course-old padra road-mujmahuda-manjalpur and again station from the same route above or also manjalpur-lalbaug-rajmahal road-kothi-station.

this route helps so many people who working alkapuri, old padra road.

Hope you note the suggetion and think on it.

I have check your Vadodara ROUTE DETAIL. HOWEVER I WOULD LIKE TO STATE THAT IT IS VERY OLD AND NOT UPDATED. I HOPE YOU WILL UPDATE IT AND PUT THE NEW ROUTE TABLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Because in bus which I have taken service in Vadodara, that perticular route is not there in your internet route table while I was checking for travelling to another route. But I think it will also be wrong as the route I have taken service is not there.

So HOPE TO GET UPDATED ROUTE TABLE SOON.

Hello,

My family in Baroda is regular commuter in Vtcos buses. We are grateful to the service provider who is doing very well and we are also very pleased with the Public service which is far better, safe and convenient than commuting on one’s OWN. We would only like to see better and better of this service. With an intention to give a generous and genuine feedback, which is not just ours but that of the masses, may I take this opportunity and liberty to pen down

By and large, our country is still facing an acute problem of NOISE POLUTION. To add to this woe, the tape recorder played in the bus is too loud to bear and it simply mars the beauty and comfort of traveling.

Today I was travelling by VtCos bus from Chandkheda to Pathikashram by bus starting from chandkehda at 1830 hrs. When the bus started One lady was hanging dangerously from door and her companion was left on ground and the bus started. On raising probable safety alarm the conductor refused to stop the bus and talked rudely to the lady. after lot of alrms the bus stopped after 300 mtrs from starting point and the lady on ground was made to run to catch the bus. on pointing out the safety hazard to pasanger the conductor refused to accept his mistake and was non repentant. Further buses are breaking down regularly causing inconvinience to passangers. In my view VTCOS buses plying in Gandhinagar are most missmanaged bus service. If managed well the service can make tremendous profits.

I think the graph shown on the case study page is wrong (i m not sure though). It shows more expenditure than Income. At one stage it states income about 50 lacs and expenditure at that point of time is 250 lacs (i.e. 2 crore and 50 lacs)..???????????????????

How come?????????

Dear Sir/Madam, I am working as General Manager (HR) for Cadila Healthcare Ltd having manufacturing unit at Moraiya, Sarkhej-Bavla Road, Ahmedabad and engaging aroung 3500 employees in the same plant. We have outsourced the transportation services to outside transport service provider and using around 35 buses to commute our employee from city of Ahmedabad. There is always administrative issues with the service provider and attimes it is headache to handle this area and we feel to utilise our strength in non core activities. Changodar, Moraiya & Matoda are the biggest Industrila Area and around few thousands employees are commuting daily from Ahmedabad,Bavala, Sanand to this place and there is only one bus service is available from AMTS to cater this load which almost ineffactive. There is great potential of business from all three locations as mentioned above and we are looking forward for the agency who can provide good public transport sothat we acn focus on value added job. He is studying in MSU Experimental School.
