Sir, Recently you have started vtcos service in our village called VASO hence due to some reason it has been stopped so due to that many passangers are suffering so you are requested to start the service once again and help poor people who are travelling in vtcos, pls take the matter serious and do the needful for people of VASO.

India is a developing country,so are the people of India.The living standards of Indians are increasing,there is a great need to introduce AC buses in Baroda,people can afford to pay more in bus travel in Baroda.The regular commuters like businessman would opt for a comfortable AC travel rather than driving his car daily to work

vtcos... increase more frequency in the anan-vadtal root between the time 8-10 am and 3-5 pm coz there is very very crush at pick hrs.

Hello,

My family in Baroda is regular commuter in Vtcos buses. We are grateful to the service provider who is doing very well and we are also very pleased with the Public service which is far better, safe and convenient than commuting on one’s OWN. We would only like to see better and better of this service. With an intention to give a generous and genuine feedback, which is not just ours but that of the masses, may I take this opportunity and liberty to pen down 
  1. By and large, our country is still facing an acute problem of NOISE POLUTION. To add to this woe, the tape recorder played in the bus is too loud to bear and it simply mars the beauty and comfort of traveling.
  2. Needless to say that the selection of songs is just unbearable.(though I understand it is a matter of  personal choice), the music does not remain music but it becomes NOISE.
 Can something be done? I hope so!! With some hope that the above will be looked into, we continue to remain patrons of the VTCOS service and wish you all the best for a progressive growth. Thanks and regardsNisha9824020311

In past we had already write to u about maintain of time of vitcos in the morning vaso to nadiad - time 6-45am and 7-10am , still not regular and also misbehavior of driver with passangers, always bus starts 10 to 15 minuts latefrom vaso - there is problem of road works at pij vaso nadiad rout in nadiad city that is GUTTER YOJANA WORK , IN PLUS this driver not going to help to the passanger to reach in time as they do not maintain their regular rout time , so please we r request u by bottom of our heart please instruct your incharge of nadiad to do something to regular the rout of vaso -nadiad vitcos in the morning atleast. your's trully helpless passangers

The route for chikhodra need to be late about 5 to 10 min. in the 9.40 am. beause of the train (Saurashtra Express ) arrive at 9.40 am at anand. so we can not caught the bus for five mini. Also the trafic between two big citi i.e Anand and Nadiad is very high. So start run between to cities. The Anand is educational and industrial city so lots of people are coming to anand N.M.Rabari

Dear Shri Dodiya I am highly disappointed by the way your Vadodara Staff deals with people. Today i.e. 14th Feb 2011 being a rickshaw strike, my relatives wanted to go to railway station. When contacted over phone regarding timing of the bus arrival at Sushen stand, we were rudely told that no information can be given. When the bus is full it will start from origin. Dear Sir, Your Bus service is very fine in Nadiad city , But there is problem with morning rout from vaso to nadiad ( 6-45 bus & 7-10 am bus ) these two bus are not regular in time - I talk with nadiad athorised your person , he replied me that in morning there is problem with CNG starting , all passangers were had wait for half and hour daily andthey got hasitite , so please do something for your fine sevices. your trully timir patel
