your bus drivers are very reckless everyday there are accidents involving vitcos here or there. train them and then put them on bus.

    It is very disappointing to inform you that while going through your website, I have noted down Gandhinagar contact number for Bus Inquiry and on dialiing Mo.9989530110 (Mentioned in your website) it is found incorrect.

   Such mistake is unpardonable. In absence of correct contact number, it is difficult to trace out information. At the same time, the person who is bearing this mobile number is getting frustrated by receiving such inquiries.

I am frequently travelling through your Vadodara route No. 18 and 18A. (from Station to Sama and Sama to Station) Please give me correct fare table to pay correct fare as your staff charges as per their wishes. If passanger ask them for correct fare they behave rudely with them. Even your ticket checking staff behave roudely rather than helping or satisfing passangers query. As they may not be knowing the roules and regulations. So by behaving in improper manner they shut the mouth of the passangers. We(my wife and my self) met with such incidence on 17th July 2010 at about 8.30 PM when we travel from Ghelani Petrol pump to Chankya puri. Your bus No, was GJ 6 VV 102. Will give full details when require. Meantime please furnish me a fare chart so that I can avoid such problems in future. Your co-operation in this matter will be highly appreciate.

I am happy with the services of the bus as it has increased the public traveling from bus rather than auto rickshaw which are expensive. I would like to suggest below: 1. Please put the name plate on the Bus Stop. 2. Allow only particular (10 or 12) number of people to stand apart from the ones who sit on seats. This will reduce the mishaps due to the overload in the bus. Hope the above is taken as suggestion and required action is taken.

Today, when I stepped out from vtcos bus at Sayaji Hospital Bust Stop, the driver started the bus before I get down i.e. also before the conductor rang bell. You are aware that two days before a tragic accident happened near sayaji Hospital. So, please give instruction to all the drivers to take care of the passengers when they get down from bus. I would be grateful to you if you do needful in this regard and intimate to me. I daily convey from my home to office and back by vtcos city bus.I enjoy to sit in such attractive red coloured and luxurious type vtcos city bus.It's interior designing is quiet better than any other city buses running under other transport authorities.Also designing of seats are comfortable in the buses .Periodically repairs/maintenence of buses are undertaken.Damaged spare parts are also changed at instance. Drivers and ticket-collector are also friendly to passengers.Drivers are also very punctual to reach their destinated areas.Both conductors and even drivers, insists few rediculous fellows who forget to take tickets. Bus fares are also resonable .Music system in the bus refresh my mind for a moment.I expect that Vtcos buses should maintain this remarkable features in future also. From Mohanish Shah. Dear Sir, I am regular passenger of VTCOS, BARODA Route No. 10, STATION to GIDC somehow I can not understand sometimes conductots are taking money from passenger but they are not issuing tickets. Today morning same happen with me, i gave him money but he did not give me ticket. I told him to give me a ticket then he gave me a ticket but rest of passengers did not have tickets upto end of route. my ticket no. is 249537. this is for your ref. so you can catch them easily. Some time drivers stop buses for personal purposes. n giving late services. students r facing problems. Many times conductor also give old tickets.. pls take some action suddenly so that passengers wil free from this trouble...
