    It is very disappointing to inform you that while going through your website, I have noted down Gandhinagar contact number for Bus Inquiry and on dialiing Mo.9989530110 (Mentioned in your website) it is found incorrect.

   Such mistake is unpardonable. In absence of correct contact number, it is difficult to trace out information. At the same time, the person who is bearing this mobile number is getting frustrated by receiving such inquiries.

It is advisable to update your website.

સવિનય જણાવવાનું કે ગાંધીનગરમાં હજુ એક વર્ષ પુર્ણ થાય તે પહેલાં જ વિટકોસ સીટી બસે ખુબજ લોકપ્રિયતા મેળવી લીધી છે. શુભેચછાઓ....

અડાલજ રુટની બસ જો સેકટર-૪ માંથી ચલાવવા માટે મારું નમ્ર સુચન છે. હું સમજું છું કે, બધી બસો ત્‍યાંથી ચલાવાય તે શકય નથી પરંતુ ૧પ મિનિટને બદલે કમ-સે-કમ દર એક કલાકે આ રુટની બસ ફાળવાય તો ખુબ જ અનુકુળતા રહેશે તેવું નમ્ર મંતવ્‍ય છે.

આભાર તથા ફરી એક વાર શુભેચ્‍છાઓ...

Hi, 

 I am a daily user of the bus service of the route which starts from Vadodara Railway Station to Maneja. The area (Maneja) has 4 major Industries like Simmens, Alstorm, FAG, ABB and lots of people have to use this route. 

But the bus service for this route which starts at 6:20 has been stopped from last one and a half months. Since this being an industrial area, the office goes are suffering. The next bus that we get is at 6:45 but we get late to our offices due to heavy rush. Moreover...what benifit does the bus which leaves at 6:45 do to us who have to clock in by  7:00 AM ? Even if you get the bus to leave at 6:30 instead of 6:45, that would help us reach office on time.

We, all humbly request you to look into this matter and be what you guys advertise  --- for the use of public transport.

Moreover, your customer service sucks!!

If people on the other end donot speak to public properly, the reputation of your company is going to suffer. People who sit in the Inquiry are the worst i have ever come across who call themselves as public servant ...specially the marathi old fellow (DADA) and a Muslin guy...
